1. Service Subscription and Rates

• Subscription Fee: Our basic services are offered at a rate of $249 per month.

• Refund Period: You have a 30-day refund period from the date of your subscription activation to request a refund.

2. Refund Requests Within the 30-Day Period

• Eligibility: Refund requests are only eligible if submitted within the first 30 days of your subscription.

• Access Termination: Please note that if you request a refund within the 30-day period, you will lose all access to our platform and its services immediately upon your refund request.

• Website Domain and Transfer: As part of our basic package, we build a custom website on a new domain for you. After the initial 30-day period, this domain will be transferred to your Namecheap account. During the 30-day period, the domain remains under Tiberius AI’s control.

3. Refund Requests After the 30-Day Period

• Non-Eligibility: Refunds requested after the 30-day period are not allowed.

• Dispute Scenarios: In the event that a refund is demanded after the 30-day period (including through filing a dispute), you agree that:

  • The domain associated with your website must be returned to Tiberius AI LLC before any refund is processed.

  • No refund will be issued until the domain has been transferred back to Tiberius AI LLC.

4. General Terms

• Finality of Refunds: Once a refund is processed, you will not have access to any of our platform’s services, and any data or progress on your account will be permanently deleted.

• Modifications: Tiberius AI reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
